Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please email orders@exertionclothing.com for the return instructions on your order. This will allow you to return your item/s for a refund or exchange for a different size/colour. Please note that with returns and exchanges, items must be unworn in new condition with tags and stickers attached and sent back within 30 days. We cannot guarantee your exchange size/colour will be available once we receive your returned item. We also cannot exchange for a different style item, this will have to be a separate purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@exertionclothing.com
